As a kid I’ve always seen people stare at me, make rude comments, and tell jokes about how skinny I was. All of this created misconceptions that I had of myself: believing that I was too skinny, I needed to gain weight, and be thick and shapely like some other women. The sun is out and the temperature is hot. So what's the first outfit that comes to your mind to wear? Most people will say a pair of shorts and a tank. I love a good pair of shorts but when it's hot and humid outside I'd rather go with something that flows with the little bit of breeze that I might catch.

We All Scream…
It's summer of the 1990s and I hear the usual Mister Softee tune from my grandmother's house. I race to the Mister Softee truck with a few dollars and I greet the driver and order my usual vanilla ice cream cone with rainbow sprinkles - and this surmises one of my best childhood memories ever!

Summer is definitely the season for traveling and it's been one of the biggest goals I wanted to accomplish this year. I'm so ecstatic that flying across the country to California became a reality for me this past weekend. Seeing California has been such a big dream for me!

You Down with the LWD? -- translation: Do you love the Little White Dress trend as much as I do?! I'm normally scared to wear anything white because I'm that person that always gets something like ketchup splattered all over myself. However, when I tried this dress on in Francesca's some weeks ago I knew I had to have it. The fit was so adorable!
