Happy April everyone! I can’t believe that April is here but I’m so happy that we’re getting closer and closer to summer! 🙂 The saying goes April showers brings May flowers. Instead of dull colors to match April showers, I wanted to welcome you to the new month with bright and fun colors!

DJS & STYLE tip of the day: If you want an easy way to mix bright and bold colors together, choose a piece of jewelry that has an array of colors. Then select two colors to showcase more of in your outfit! Next keep your head up high and be bold and beautiful!

I’m always looking for fun and creative looks and I think this is one my favorites just because of it’s simplicity. It’s so bold and chic but still subtle and simple. I love it! It also gave me another reason to wear my new Aldo sunglasses that was a part of my buy 2 for $20 deal (see Polarized Chic for the other pair of sunglasses I purchased from the deal) . Between my top and shoes I thought it was another great neutral colored item to add to the outfit.
