The Summer Sneakers You Need
Growing up in New York, I can remember loving fashion even then. I was blessed with an allowance each week and would save up my money to buy a new outfit and more often than not a new pair of sneakers. I loved styling sneakers so much, anything from Air Jordans, Air Force 1s, Air Maxes and more. As I grew older, sneakers became less of a big interest in my fashion style, but recently I’ve been wanting to get back into adding more sneakers to my wardrobe.

Explored Alexandria, VA in A Two Piece Set
In 2019, I mentioned that I wanted to travel more and also explore more of where I live. I did just that! I lived life by going on travel destinations like San Diego, Bali, New York, and even L.A. To explore more of where I lived, I visited places like Dumbarton Oaks Garden, U.S. Botanic Garden, CityCenter and more. I made it a goal to do the same in 2020, but I think you know how that story goes. While I haven’t really done much domestic or any international traveling this year, still playing it safe, I have started exploring again around the city. A few weeks ago I visited…

Loungewear and Morning Routine
What does your morning routine look like? Currently, I just spend time getting myself ready for my work day so the normal: brushing my teeth, taking a shower, making my bed and then getting dressed. I want to change this though. There have been a couple of times that I’ve woken up about 30 minutes early so that I could prepare myself mentally before the work day, and take some time for me. How I’ve done this is after my “normal” routines are done I then read for about 10-15 mintues and drink some tea. I want this to be a regular routine for me, so I’m setting the goal…

How I Decide to Choose My Outfits
As a fashion blogger you have to be super creative with creating outfits, especially if you're like me who doesn't want to spend so much on clothes. I think this is why I love fashion so much because it gives you the chance to express your creativity. Happy New Year and first Monday of the year! I’ve seen countless people style berets and I’ve always been inspired to buy one and give it a try. I recently found some very cute styles and decided to add them to my closet. Here’s a grey and blue plaid one that I was excited to style on the blog.
