I’m Destiny and I am a Fashion and Lifestyle blogger. I grew up in Mount Vernon, New York. I eventually moved to Virginia and then the DMV area where I earned my Bachelor’s in Mass Communications and Master’s in Strategic Communication. I have lived in the DMV area for over 10 years now and work in the corporate world full-time while building my DJS & STYLE brand on the side.

If you haven’t noticed already, I love fashion! One day I thought it would be a great idea to start my blog to showcase my outfits and inspire others with styling options and ways to have fun with fashion, so I did it and here we are. I love mixing prints, styling bold colors, and more.

In 2020, my husband and I moved into a brand new apartment home with our shihpoo, which has opened the door for me to incorporate home decor tips/inspiration on my blog and on my social media pages. This has always been a goal of mine, and I find so much fun in decorating our home. I also love to travel, so you’re bound to see vacation outfit inspiration and travel ideas along the way.
