Bucket Hat Outfit at Pumpkin Patch
A couple of weeks ago I finally made it to a pumpkin patch! Thank you to everyone that responded to my story when I asked what were the best pumpkin patches nearby. I chose to visit the DePaul’s Urban Farm! I realized once we arrived that it was a location that I used to always pass on my way to work, but never noticed a pumpkin patch. It was the perfect location for me to capture some fall vibes and my bucket hat/jumper look!
If you’re interested in visiting DePaul’s Urban Farm, you should! They offer great pumpkin picture backdrop opportunites, fresh fruit, jams/jellies, candles and of course great pumpkin selections. I also hear that their apple cider is amazing!
Now lets get into this outfit! I never thought I would love a bucket hat, but I found one that fits my sense of style. The first check for me was that it had a print on it, which happened to be a leopard print – my favorite! The second check was that it has a fuzzy texture. Love all the cozy feels for fall/winter. This particular bucket hat comes in other cute colors too. You can shop the hat below! How do you feel about the bucket hat trend?
I’ve owned a green dress jumper for a minute now (see how I styled it here), but always wanted to get another jumper to add to my wardrobe because they are super cute and easy to style. When I saw that Target was selling this one featured, I had to get it! I particularly love the brown color because it’s such an traditional fall color so I’ll get a lot of use out of it.
Lastly, I have to get into these cognac boots. Okay a little side story, I think these boots came up on my Instagram feed as an advertisement. Whenever this happens, I open the link in Safari and keep it in my tabs history in case I decide to buy it. Well I went back to the link to find that Macy’s was having a great sale at the time, but unfortunately, this cognac color was sold out. I initially moved on and just felt like it wasn’t meant to be, but the next day I decided to check back and thankfully they had restocked. I immediately purchased them with the quickness this time and soooo happy with my purchase. They are the boots that I really needed to add to my wardrobe! If you are looking for some basic fall boot color options, you need to add the below colors:
- Cognac
- Black
- Bone and/or White
You’ll get so much use out of all three colors and your fall wadrobe will instantly be elevated. Since I now have my basic boot colors (recently bought new black and bone colored boots) I’m ready to find some fun bold colors next!
