Spring Colors I'm Excited to Style

Did you know that we are six days away from spring? I’m so excited for warmer weather, longer sunny days, and styling pretty spring looks like this one. I’m thinking about all of the colors I can incorporate in my looks. But I thought it would be great to start with the color yellow because it’s such a vibe.

Whenever I see the color yellow it makes me happy and gives me good energy. It’s the perfect color to introduce or say hello to spring. I’ve actually styled this plaid skirt with a graphic yellow top before because if you look closely at the skirt it has small touches of yellow in it. Style Tip: An easy way to style a print is to find small touches of color in the print and plan for that one color to be the focal point of your outfit.

I loved styling this skirt with a sweater and OTK boots because it’s a good way to transition into the new season. Also, I looked back at some of my photo archives and found that I never styled a look with a hat for the spring so I wanted to do a spring look with a fedora. I’m so in love with this outfit! The combination of browns, tans, and yellows is so perfect! Here’s a list of some other colors that I’m excited to style this season.

Green ( was also really into this color in the fall and winter, and still can’t get enough of it this spring)
