Tis the Season

As the weather gets colder you’ll start to feel like you don’t want to leave the house often and believe there’s nothing to do when it’s cold out anyway. But don’t let the weather get to you. Dom and I decided yesterday that we were going to enjoy this holiday season by exploring the city.

Ice Maze – CityCenterDC

Saturday night Dom and I headed to the Ice Maze at CityCenterDC. It’s the largest maze in the country and it was so cool to go through a life size maze made out of ice. Also, the winter decorations in Palmer Alley are always great to see plus the Christmas tree at the center is amazing! If you’re interested in visiting the ice maze you’ll have to hurry because it ends tonight.

Next, we visited the Enchant Christmas DC. I was so excited to see a winter wonderland. This event was such a beautiful experience! There’s food, unique gifts if you’re still Christmas shopping, speciality drinks, ice skating and more. I loved all of the lights, going through the mazes, the Christmas music (see my stories to see us sanggg the lyrics to This Christmas, classic), and all the friendly people we met along the way.

I’m so excited to see what more Dom and I can get into this fall/winter season. Do you have any upcoming plans?
